Chipledhunga, Thank you so much. I think you are right those khasis are not as same as our nepali khasi. And I was trying to cook them with fresh masala, lasun, pyaj, adua etc.. Well, nepal bat lyayeko masala ta uhile siddhiyo tara yaha dhoti ko pasal ma ramro masala painchha . Well, masu was taja the same day cut no doubt about that. Wiz-kid, Of course I am a good cook, I will not mind cooking khasi ko masu at your place as long as it is khasi ko masu. You live in PA or somewhere near? Too bad you are far.
