Chipledhunga, Thank you so much. I think you are right those khasis are not as same as our nepali khasi. And I was trying to cook them with fresh masala, lasun, pyaj, adua etc.. Well, nepal bat lyayeko masala ta uhile siddhiyo tara yaha dhoti ko pasal ma ramro masala painchha . Well, masu was taja the same day cut no doubt about that. Wiz-kid, Of course I am a good cook, I will not mind cooking khasi ko masu at your place as long as it is khasi ko masu. You live in PA or somewhere near? Too bad you are far. Pasu, You are more than welcome to come and taste my cooking.
