The Dhamma: Is it a Philosophy?

gmail, I want to thank you for these postings. I had very superficial view about buddha, just like reciting "शान्तिका अग्रदूत बुध्द नेपालमा जन्मे।" "हाम्रा राष्ट्रिय बिभूति" etc in classes and writing poems with these words a few times a year for school ceremonies. I grew up in a hindu family, not much strict though. After university, aftersome months of unemployment and bitter frustration, I accidentally started reading and listening to OSHO discourses, which I still do, though I haven't become SANYASI (OSHO SANYAS is defined in a very different way from other SANYAS). Among many things that I got from OSHO, the most important is the real love and respect for BUDDHA that he instilled in me. Now I am reading one part of एस धम्मो सनंतनो which is the collection of OSHO discourses on the DHAMMAPADA. OSHO respects and loves BUDDHA so much that every time he describes some incident of BUDDHA's life, I am filled with so much wonder and joy. I don't care about many sects of modern BUDDHISM, I just want to know BUDDHA's teaching and try to live a life that he has suggested for people who are GRIHASTHA. I hope to get your opinion and suggestios on how to read and understand BUDDHA's teaching in their real meaning and how to live according to his teaching. And as you can see, there are not much replies to your threads. Serious postings are generally not replied in SAJHA.
