Once the Maoist put down the arms and come to forefront of the socio-political movements ... that's what we will need to do. We need to focus on socio economic developments in Nepal. I have decided to go to Nepal when I am retired at 52 (I have ways to go still)... but at least I have a set plan in my mind to go and work in Nepal and be a technical resources to Nepal. Hushpuppy is right we do need the new blood in all aspect of life in Nepal: 1) Culture - are we ignoring ours and just simply replacing them with western culture 2) Religion - be it Hinduism or Buddism, are we losing the basic philosophy of what these religions stand for? 3) Infrastructure - are we being set back 50 years by both Maoists and the Army destroing our current infracture? 4) Politically in nepal we are still living in the days of BP and King mahendra and Mao! We new new blood, definitely. 5) Socio economic development ... There are alot of other things we need to do in Nepal. RBT Ciao
