Well, probably Gagan was invited by that Carter's foundation or something which solved Sudan problem up to some extent. Are you guys aware that these days nepali politicians of King side, protesting parties as well as Maoists are all invited by Carter's foundation to negotiate the Nepal problem. My guess is, they need to also include student leaders too in this negotiations. So here comes Gagan!! But Gagan is not a leader according to himself. Which is a suspicious claim to me.
