Can Being Brave Improve Your Fortunes?
"Being brave, as in having the courage to follow yourfascination or inner guidance (intuition), or simply follow your vision, even if quaking in your boots with fear - to have the courage to actually make the moves in real time, will always pay off.
Destiny seems to want to test your faith sometimes and if you take the leap required, you receive a magnificent reward - without fail.
So yes, being authentically brave always improves your fortunes though it's important to distinguish between bravery and bravado. Acting with mere bravado, generally tends to cost you time, money and energy because you're driven by vanity and the need for self-glorification, rather than being guided by your higher instincts. Courage must always come from the heart."
One Handed Health Warning: Abstention Is Bad
Japanese doctors claimed in May that male masturbation is vital for good health, with men who abstain significantly increasing their risks of developing prostrate cancer in later life.
"Combining both sex and masturbation, a man in his 20s should ejaculate 24 times a month, somebody in his 30s should aim for 10 times a month and a guy in his 40s should look at about half a dozen times," Hideo Nakayama from the Hibiya Clinic advised in Spa Magazine. "This should be considered the absolute minimum level to be regarded as healthy." (Mainichi)
The Japanese findings matched those of Australian scientists who two years ago claimed that masturbating at least once a day can cut prostate cancer rates by a third.
"It's a prostatic stagnation hypothesis," study author Dr Graham Giles told New Scientist magazine at the time, "The more you flush the ducts out, the less there is to hang around and damage the cells that line them."
