Okie guys need your help big time .... . Lately I have been doing a lot of job interviews for my company ...... don;t really like to but guess no choices. anyway I just need yor guys feed back on what are the questions and how would one qualify the right candidate for the jobs.... I been to prolly 3 interviews for job for myself in my life and all of them were pretty much casual ...... so have no clue whats job interview like ..... any suggestion and feed back much appreciated ........... Faster the better coz i got like 6 appts for job interviews this thursday......
