A Korean friend of mine told me that this was on their news channel. They later made a documentary about this woman. One Nepali woman in Korea was left stranded by an employment agency. So she had nowhere else to go. She went to a restaurant for some food but she had no money to pay. When asked by the restaurant to pay, she could not understand Korean so she tried to explain to them in Nepali. She was of Mongolian decent and hence looked like Koreans, and so they thought she was mentally ill as she was talking wierd. So they put her in mental hospital for two years and gave her electric shocks. Finally some Nepali family found out about her and they rescued her and brought her back to Nepal but too late as she had gone crazy for real this time because of the stress and shocks. I couldn't understand half of the things that my Korean friend said as he has a strong accent. But the above account is what I understood..
