It's fine if the young person in the U.S. Actually Mahisaure opinion was "whoever lives in USA doesn't need to look a MTV channel to send his/her MSG. 1st of all, if a Nepali can't contact to his family over the phone or mail because of the location (remote or Maoist's destruction), MTV can't expand it satellite either.
