That's kinda correct. Maobadi never said that support constitution. So Maobadis are not following the constiutitoin... And now UML and Congressi scrapped the consitutional monarchy.. so the 1990 constitution based on Constitutional monarchy cannot be followed by the parties (I mean bggest two parties). Inthat way Now these protesting parties cannot ask for the reinstatement of the house. That path has been closed by themselves. And Now the present govt that came into effect by force need not to follow the constituion at anytime, theoretically. Not because NC and UML scrapped the constitutional monarchy. If this govt. is courageous, it has to say that the current form of govt. is due to 127 of 1990 constitution, and no matter who respect it or not, the govt will impose the consitution. BUT as T Giri says, govt need not to follow the constitution, then it means at this time we do not have Constituion (as T Girir implied)... and the country is running without constitution under the RNA that supports King Gyane.
