In my opinion, Canada should not be charging landing fees to the people immigrating as "skilled Worker". Such people already have got higher educations (in most cases above bachelor's degree), and they are already skilled workers. To Canada, that's a great savings as Canada never invested for the people in this category to educate them and so many other social aspects (health, etc etc). Canada is benefitting by allowing skilled workers coming into their country and having Master's degree holders to work in McDonald, KFC or in the factory asssembly like filling pills in the small medicine bottles and packaging them.
