Need citizenship of nepal ?

The answer is NO. Nepali constitution does not allow citizenship to the child of foreign dad because the constitution hasn't yet approved confering citizenship based on mother's nationality. The current verdict applies to the child whose mother is Nepali but father is still unknown. Once the father of the child is known it affects the citizenship of the child. My idea if the dad is Nepali - the child remains Nepali citizen, and, if the dad is foreign, the child is striped of his/her citizenship (we will have to see how practical it is). I guess this is the summary of the verdict.
