UCS was AP National Champion and LSU was BCS National Champion and both were deserving National Champion in 2003. For "BCS" National Champion USC still has to win this year and next year. So that is that. Plain and simple. But where in world this Spiky got the information that LSU-OKlahoma-USC went undefeated in 2003!!!! Let me quote you on that... ***NEver before had 3 BCS series teams gone undefeated. But LSU-OU-USC all went undefeated that season. And as well all Know, the BCS had been criticized sharply every now and then*** LOL..English or any kind of langauge do get confusing when you do not have your fact straight. ..Maybe you are still hungover from 2004 when Auburn-Oklahoma-USC went undefeated for the first time in BCS history when all they had three BCS teams that had unblemished record at the end of the regular season. In 2003, LSU lost to Gators in the regular season, USC lost to Cal in regular season and lol..how can you forget lowly Kansas State laid a ass whupping on Jason White and Choklahoma on Big 12 Conference Championship game. Actually the whole BCS mess started due to the fact that Oklahoma lost to Kansas state in the conference championship game and still made it to Sugar Bowl for BCS championship. Anyways, whatever you are smoking , it is having wonderful effect on you Johnny boy.If you are not smoking, then do some google and and verify it before putting up a whole lot info in the public forum that does not make a didley squat. Try learning French;) I am glad that AP(media morons) and ESPN decided to pull out of BCS component of its ratings and run themselves into insignificance. BCS still has 6 computers as its one third components and Coaches poll and a new BCS panel makes other two thirds of components for its ratings. After Mighty SEC, I think ACC is fast establishing itself as a super conference. With induction of Miami and Virginia Tech last year and Boston College this year, they are one of the exciting conference now. Perrenial national powers like Florida State, Virginia Tech and Miami will only make ACC better. Georgia Tech is also fast rising as 4th major team in ACC. With them splitting the conference into two divisons and having a Championship game means they are going to give SEC run for its money in terms of viewership and revenue as both conference are mainly being in Southern States. If I were to rank the 6 BCS conferences in terms of fan base, competitiveness and revenues their school generate, that would be 1. SEC (No doubt No question) 2. Big Ten (close 2nd to SEC) 3. Big 12 and ACC( with revamped conference alignment) 4. Pac 10 5. Big (L)east ( ACC raided the best schools out of this conference or else ACC deserved to be here) Eventhough I hate LSU, I think National Champion would be LSU..but they have some issues with its defense..but ..man they are loaded in both sides. War Eagle!!!
