Himalaya bro, "You surprise me Man." How can College Football ever forget what Steve Spurrier did in Florida. he basically owned the SEC then. Now he is in a New mission. It might be 2-3 years from now but he wil make some Force out of the South Carolina gamecocks. Hey Ax, take it easy my man, I never said the Buffs or the Eagles will go to the National Title game. Buffs to me shall be happy with 8-4 season (that's a high prediction) and Eagles shall fair little better, I give them 9-3. Colorado came into play when we were debating about Nebraska football in 04. Sure the Buffs are 2-0 but it will be a real surprise for them to finish in top 25 this season. LongHorns travelling to Columubus to play Buckeyes was the Game of the WEEk and its anticipation was amongs the best in recent memories. That was a Historical game. Surely, when two great teams take the field you won't expect a Basketball Score like fiesta. V. Young & CO. got the job done nevertheless. I don't expect Note Dame to finish within top 10 this year. But yes Charlie Weis had opened some eyes early on. Wait.... Wow.. so you think Michigan is not a good team?? Michigan is Not better than Purdue??? Michigan not a dominating team?? Come on Man (AX) you know better than that. Michigan was ranked #3 going to the game against the Irish. Now they are out of top 10 picture. yet, I think Notre Dame will require couple of years (probabl) to get into national championship contenders list. Still, they will make some noise this year. Weis got Brady (Quinn).. :) yeah Big 12 North is up for grasp since the most competitive conference of all in College football i.e Big 12 South is full of Power packed teams. And I am ASSUMING you know well that NEbraska DOnt bELONG TO BIG 12 SOuth.. they belong to Big 12 North. Colorado-Iowa state (after they smoked Iowa)-Nebraska one of them shall win the North this year. And oh yeah, Huskers are upto a good start. But who else in COllege Football History has better advantage of playing more games at home than the Nebraska CornHuskers?? woow 5 games at home what a way to begin the season. And now don't tell me Playing at Home is not a major advantage. Ask Donovan Mcnabb, he had trouble calling the plays from Shot Gun Formations agains the Falcons in Georgia Dome. He had to burn few timeouts. But anyways, I don't have high expectations for Nebraska like you do. And SEC is still a competitve conference. Just that hey lost too many great players to the nFL drafts. I stay within BIG 12. I don't Count out the Sooners yet. LongHorns are still in there. last year I was rooting for longhorns to be ranked #4, and yes they did play like one. This year, they are upto a greater mission and see how it goes. Vince Young is not that great of a passer but he will overcome those defencies with his legs. True that USC trojans are amongst the luckiest teams in NCAA football. I hope UCLA-ND-ASU one of them or all of them should knock them out. Still, I cannot deny the fact that they might be the team to beat. they play in weaker conference and agaisnt the weaker teams but they make the best out of their opportunities. Well, I am not a great fan oF Trojans football, so I expect them to lose anytime sooon.... which might just be A wish and not a reality. We will see. It's enjoyable to hear from all of you. keep up the good work. Go Sooners/longhorns/ Big 12 Jai Nepal ProudNepali PS:- Ax bro did you get the spreadsheat for NFl countdowns?
