I think he is just pretending.. ... do you remember when he faked collapse in parliament 7-8 years back to save his government for no-confidence vote.. parliament was discussing about no confidence vote to Girija's govt.... while giving defence speech he faked unconciousness.. and thus parliament was adjurned and he bought himself time to buy more sansads and save his govt.... He is a nautanki hawaldar... I feel sad for the old guy with bloody nose, but wish that should have been the fate of Girija not a unknown old by stander.......
