It's no use getting into who is who's agent - we as a country have had the conversation from the days of of the Thapas and Pades and we will always see those who we don't undertsand as agents of someone else. Inspite of all his smartness and genius, curbing the press, I predict, will be what will eventually bring Gyanendra down.
