If you guys say that they are supposed to serve 7 years at IOE after completing the scholarship studies from Canada or elsewhere, I may be able to give one more name from that group.... My search in Canadian Theses Serch site shows one person who fits in that category who did MSC. and Phd within 7 years period and then never went back to Nepal. The Msc. was done in IOE's scholarship while Phd was done like Binod KC Sir did on his own effort... but After MSc. should he be teaching for 7 years at IOE? Please confirm if that 7 years issue is Correct one.
