They kept the passport of my friend for 3 months to renew. when called they said 25 dollars money order to expedite it and ship it over night or so. he sent the money order of $25 to expedite it and get it overnight. they didn't do that. they returned on the envelope for first class which was prepaid and sent to them with passport.
