But there are many evidences that work is done when they do VAAKAL and offer bali. That work is not done by the deity but instead done by the souls who guard that temple or environment. Those are responsible for taking control over the BALIed souls and then in return perform the VAAKALed objectives... Anyway, these are not known to public.
