Actually, Nepaligurl is partially right on what she said. Basically, first of all talk with a lawer who can get you the best advice, they usually know the way around it but might costs some dollars bills there. Once you are out of status. thats basically it unless lawyers do anything about it or BUSH proposes an amnesty plan which was done long time ago... but if you GO BACK TO NEPAL OR LEAVE US YOU WON'T BE AB LE TO BACK AT ALL....
