If it's one thing I have minimal tolerance for, it's people like Nepe and his chela anti_monarchy who like nothing better than to listen to themselves "speak" - one a cyber republican wannabe and the other a nincompoop with shit for brains. No, you moron, you never said that "all constitutional monarchists, are right-wing fanatics" and that was exactly my point. I was trying to impress upon you the point that passing political judgment based on the observation of a single characterisitc, in isolation, is not the optimal way to propose your argument. There I was agreeing with your idea of the merits of a republic and only highlighting some of the popular stigmas that undermine the theoretical relevance of such a system - and here you are, running your mouth making all sorts of assumptions and running your mouth some more. I'm not a fan of repetition so it's not going to happen here. If you want to encourage more participation in New York and want to further the republican cause, do it my telling people about the merits of what a republic will do for the people, not by chastizing Paras and Gyanendra. You're not telling us anything we don't already know or haven't already thought of. Just like Gyanendra justifies his rule by pointing to the terrorist threat of the Maoists, you do the same thing by trying to justify a republic by pointing to the flaws of a constitutional monarchy. We've heard all this crap over and over again. Read anything that Nepe or any of his pals (sajha incarnations, aliases, duplicates, triplicates) have input in and you will find the same shit painted all over. Highlight the positives that your camp has instead of relying on the negatives of your opposition to serve as the foundation of your argument. Then I will listen, appreciate and applaud you.
