busybee, I am not sure if they are totally chemcal-free. like they use compost fertilizers instead of nitro-fertilizers, but still if they use cow manure and as such, then there sure should be some traces of chemicals left. But two things made me believe they are indeed different from regular produces: 1. Distinct taste. नेपालको नि पहाडकै जस्तो खिरीलो taste हुन्छ । Just try out potato- make a curry as you normally would do, see the difference 2.
