The best solution would be: If Bhutanese government accept and take authentic Bhutanese citizens. If Nepal accept and take care all authentic Nepalese citizens. If India accept and take care all authentic Indian citizens. Rest, all political crooks must be punished. Finally, there will be no refugee problem which has been for almost a decade.
