We must punish all corrupt crooks of Melmchi water project, and start or continue re-build or establish project. We should not stop it. This project is the largest and big hope for Nepalese especially who live in Kathmandu. King or Royal Corruption Control Investigation Authority must SEIZE ALL properties, wealthes and money from crooks and Re-use or Invest for this projects.
