Ways to burn/lose body fat effectively..how ?

Ways to Burn fat: The answer is simple but the methods are complicated. One can achieve goal if they carefully implement method not only doing but also by effectively pursuing it. SO, here are my ways to do it, -- CARDIO, If burning fat was easy, we would look all look like Pitt. Get on a tread Mill, Jog around the park or swim if you wanna make it interesting. The key here is do the cardio in very moderate speed..The fat will start to melt if the process is at that rate...Ocassionally sprint but there is no point if you cant last more than 10 mins..Do cardio such that you can comfortably spend 30 mins. --Water, It cannot be substituted by any drink..not even sports drink..those are actually only a notch better than sodas. So, drink water religiously..If you are overweight and wanna shed some lbs, then drink water before every single small meal..You wont eat much..feel hungry drink water... -- Eat atleast 3 hrs before going to sleep..and if you can stay away from carbs at night thenit would be awesome. Being a Nepali, I need to have my RICE once a day and I usually if time permits, have carbs for lunch..but again if you cant do this, try Brown rice or broiled rice as they call it.it doesnt taste as good as Basmati..but once get used to it, you begin to LIKE it..its awesome --ALways read the labels..when you are buying something..The 90% of the cereals we buy are loaded with sugar and unwanted stuffs..carefully choose according to your needs..I would suggest statying away from cereals...Rather go for multigrain bagels with Soy Milk..and tons of fruits. Apples, Grapes and even Banana cuz it feels you up with good dosage of carbs. -- Lastly, if you really wanna shed few lbs in matter of days, wear your warmest outfits, bundle up and hit the track at midday heat..You will lose LBS...but again the weight you lose are from water..Boxers try these method to lose quiet lbs before a bout..I wouldnt recommend ..might get seriously..dehydrated.. anyway, thats that...
