They come, fight, kill and get killed and return back. How can it be called victory unless you can capture the place and make your own rule. This time too, maoists killed more than royal army but no one is victorious. Poor nepalese have lost again. And can anyone justify the destruction of this road which was going to make Karnali connected to 21st century at last?
