In reality of Nepali Central District Offices (CDO), Chief Officer received bribe and give Nepali Citizenship to Indian people. It is not a new corruption in CDO offices of Nepal. This is an old style of corruption and crimes have been at least 45 years since end of Rana regime. But poor and ordinary Nepalese who can not give heavy bribery, they are very seriously trouble. Because without Nepali citizenship, these ordinary Nepalese can not buy land, apply for bank loan, jobs and do legal transactions. So poor and ordinary Nepalese are suffer so much for so long time.
