Kehi lekhna man lagyo: Why are we so close minded?????? This really does not matter who (Indian, Swiss or American) opens and controls a bank in Nepal. This is a good sign that our economy is spreading the wings across national boundary and that is what we want. We want our economy to be a global one. I wish our "Nepal Stock Exchange" was as good as NYSE or like that. I wish, our currency was strong on international market. Ever since the private banking sector started operation in Nepal, there is more investment. Some "Bhure Takure" politicians might go on streets on the name of Nationalism with their vested interest even without know the real meaning of "Nationalism" and "Economy".
