Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Nayan Bahadur Khatry has said the working procedures of the Royal Commission for Corruption Control (RCCC) are principally wrong. ?The manner is which former prime minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and former minister Prakash Man Singh were convicted is fundamentally wrong,? Khatry said. He added, ?We however haven?t yet received the RCCC verdict.? He did not elaborate. He was speaking at a regular press conference of the NHRC at its office Thursday.
