(4) Use dirty politics and make fight between multiple countries in the name of democracy and security and severity. And sell his arm and ammunitions to those countries and earn billion dollars from it. That is not illegal to USA or UN. (5) Invade, boomed, kill whoever protests USA. That is not applying illegal act or genocide. That is called American Value and Liberation for democracy. (6) NATO can build, test and use unclear atom bomb anywhere and anytime. But rest of the world can not have. Whoever tries it, must get punish. (7) American government must earn money from tax, but do not like immigrant who pay taxes without any benefits.
