Maybe I was not quite clear above. Its my personal speculation, but let me further it. In an analogy to the physical sciences, the properties of an atom differ from that of a molecule and sometimes the properties of a molecule proper also differ from the crystal.for example, for just one substance made of same molecules, the crystalline structure makes a huge differece like ice and snow. Therefore, these models of such and such indices made for the western way of societies MAY NOT hold proper in the inherent "crystalline" structure of our societies. The sum of parts NOT ALWAYS equals just the whole, sometimes it is more than the whole. However, we still have other means to solve most of the world's problems in such an easy way that involves just passing laws.
