Hey Binod, This is really imp stuff that I am going to tell u. I had a friend whose brother was coming on a student visa too. He had bank balance as well as work contract from hotel since he was going to do hospitality mgmt. Even having all these, he was denied visa and the reason was v obvious that he was going to usa to study and not to work. If he were to go to usa to work then, he should have applied for Labor cerification or H1B or other working visas. So if I were you, I would just have bank balance and property valuation like all Nepalese do while applying.
