GBNC rocks, I think GBNC shouldn't change its name. That will be a stab in the back to honest members/volunteers like me who had been very proud to be a part of such a popular community. It's one of the oldest Nepalese Community in the states and it's glorius days can be hardly forgotten. As the problem stems to resolving the IRS tax exemption issues, I believe MR. President (Surya dai) or anyone from the Board should make an appeal to the IRS directly. As someone earlier posted, those issues for non-profit organizations are easier to resolve, I bet it's worth a try. But again, if there are penalties (like monetayr fines), and those penalties are not that HUGe, maybe we can find volunteers to DOnate to keep the GBNC name alive. I surely will donate.
