The Royal Commission for Corruption Control (RCCC) must hunt, arrest and punish to Project Engineers whoever signed for project and did corruptions. In Nepal, 95% the project Engineers are corrupt which they make fail project un-successful or the least quality finishing or never complete. It is shame for Nepalese, Nepal and its reputation. ALL CORRUPT ENGINEERS MUST GET FINE AND LIFE TIME PRISION.
