BTW if you are saying they are innocent based on ADB's report, no INGO's and Banks in ktm are above corruption, they are there to benefit from political crisis.... Moreover, ADB chief said the decision might have been made based on soem other information that ADB's comission did not have access too, so he is ready to review ADB's report after seeing the detail of RCCC's verdict... Moreove, comission was equally right about not considering ADB"s report as evidence for its judicail inquiry, because AdB's commision was a private commission formed by ADB which has not affiliation with nepalese govt and judiciary. If you start considering those report as evidence then you have chaos all around.. Tommorow when girija is brought into trial , congress will form a comission and produce report he is innocent..... Moreover ADB also had benefits from Deuba's decision, because they will be able to give double the amount in loan so will be able to collect double the interest...
