don't listen to moneyminded. angus isn't a nation and is raised in usa as well. kobi? probably means kobE. those other countries raise very good beef as well, but it's pure hype to warn folks off usa beef. people can always avoid certain cuts and ground beef, if they're concerned about mad cow. usa has some of the best-rated steakhouses in the entire world. also, try ordering from omaha steaks, they have an excellent reputation and deliver to your home. finally, i didn't think the steaks in kathmandu were anything to write home about, but the waiter DID give the caveat that they came from cows in india... jai hamburger hindooooos!
