This is the current problem in Nepal and we do lack 'Norm' in many things. For example...all these old looking people are the ones in student organizations in various colleges in the valley...who take bribe and admit students in last hours. They are the ones who presurized 'YATAYAT SANSTHAN' for student discounts in the public transportation. I kind of tried to study this by travelling in 'Public TRANSPORTATION' whenever i could and everyone has a student ID whether he is 25 or 50. And they would take the discount for going to their office, for shopping and for going about everywhere. and so the private institution suffers. Because of all this, the small time business people suffer all the time.
