This one is the first ever bold virdict from RCCC. It seems that if all gulity people paid said amount Melamchi may alive despite of doner agencies' turnback. RCCC could not prove its existance till yesterday though it had been given all power (power to investigate, execute, file and punish). This is the only case that they were examining for so long and from today they have nothing to do. As question been asked of its existance, I am sure it will face more critiques from local and pressure from abroad. I am sure democratic system keep this commission alive to punish Tulsi Giri, Seanet Shrestha (spell not sure), Tanka Dhakal and more others as it only has guts to punish anyone it likes.............jai hos!!!
