Sounds like BS to me. Since when does FBI care what happens abroad? They're more concerned with immediate domestic issues. DEA does get involved with drug trafficking from abroad but their main concern is keeping drugs off the streets inside US, and I think South America is much bigger issue for them than what is going on around the world in the Southeast Asia. So FBI and DEA could care less what Paras does as long as he's not trafficking into US. Not to mention that article is riddled with grammar/punctuation errors - making it much less credible.
