Guys .let's talk genuinely.ok..420 is a word used for those people who cheates oe deceives somebody.It is also called fraud and it is crime.Indian Penal Code(IPC) section 420 defines cheating and prescribes punishment.so, we use the term 420 for those who cheat others.rest of the thing i do not know.
