one thing i forgot to mention. if you are using dell financial services then make sure that you never have to call them. their response is bad really bad.call is routed to INDIA; manila.. wherever. if you make a payment make sure that you do not enroll on their online payment. Rather pay from your bank or regular payment. i made that mistake and they withdrew twice from my account and it took me 2 months to get my credit refunded.
