Ways to burn/lose body fat effectively..how ?

Hey, I'll tell you what I did and lost 6 kgs in the last 3 months. First I started by jogging slowly for 20 minutes early morning ( they say that if you exercise on low intensity, your body uses extra fat that is stored in the body). I also started drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water ( Before I could go without drinking water for the whole day). Then I slowly started controlling the food portions that I had in every meal. "Never deny yourself anything, just control the portion". I still had little bit of a belly left to tackle so when I did research on the net, I came across scores of articles on colon cleansing. I am right now on the colon cleansing program plus still jogging everyday for the same amount of time and have already got down to where I want to be. It has taken me a little over 3 months but I feel better than ever. Was 65kg when I started, now am 59kg and going steady for 5ft6". I guess this is the saturation point for me. Regards.
