Every genuine change in Power in each country leads to dictatorship to reinforce the new rule of the game, whether it was in 1789 or in 2005. As the Bahudal wallas refused from dictatorship in 1990, their regime collapsed. The King is on the defensive, he needs dictatorship to defend his outdated regime, the republicans need dictatorship to abolish the feudalism in Nepal. It is the Indians who give advice of two pillar "democratic" theory... Palace plus parties. You know Indians never give proper advice to Nepalies.
