In Nepal, nobody can change country like Nepal. Unless strong constitution, Law, Order, Rule and Regulation implemented and act. Any corrupt and criminals must be shot or hang or must be get kill by law. Even if proven guilty in minimum corrupt and crime, perpetrator must be get capital punishment. Capital punishment must be very very necessary country like Nepal. It is the most important than anything else. Otherwise, we can not save Nepal from corrupt and crooks of Nepal. Forget democracy, peace, human rights and freedom in Nepal?.. These things are beyond in Nepal. First priority, crimes and corruption must be totally end.
