In fact Constitution of India is far more inclusive (of very different stripes and colors of its society) and foresighted than of Constitution of Nepal(1990). The Indians had far more complex social problems to take care of than those of Nepal yet their Constitution has largely worked despite the enormous difficulties probably I guess there arent monarchs who would override their own Constitution with an aid of military.
