Based on research as well as years of professional experiences in Nepal, I reached to conlcude that we have to have an autonomus local government with socioeconomic rights that are accountible and responsible to the local people. All structure of government (judicirary, legislative, and executive) must be accountible to people. Well there are lots of things to be wiped out such as tall bureacracy. We don't need present police force that need army protection.The role of army would be nice to keep under a minister. We need quality teachers, not quality guns. We need quality doctors to serve in remote areas not in ktm for minting paisa. Subedi'd proposal has nothing in terms of empowerment to people and local government. I guess, royalists may have encouraged him to throw such idea.
