Haasmukh Do some more research. As far as I can remember, they were NO LONGER ISSUING F-1 VISA from Canada. I guess same applies to Mexico. You might already know that you really don't need a 'F-1' visa stamp on your passport as long as you are maintaining your status. Visa is only needed if you leave the country and want to come back. My advise is wait until you really have to goto Nepal. THere always is a risk involved. Don't goto Mexico or Canada just to get a VISA, they don't give it nowadays anyways.
