Paramendra sir, Once upon a time, you have confessed in sajha that you are an Indian citizen. Am I right? Being an Indian citizen, how could you think about drafting a constitution for Nepal? Isn't this bizarre? What about your suggestions on the Indian constitution itself? Redefining the status of Jammu/Kashmir, giving more autonomy to state governments, imparting equal rights to all states including Assam,Punjab, Nagaland, Jharkhand, Bihar, UP etc, recognizing thousands of ethnic languages, non-interference on neighbour's internal affairs, having a clear cut/no- dubious foreign policy etc. Thank you so much for loving Nepal though, taking concerns about the problems of your neighbour. But you are going way beyond your limitations while putting your sincere efforts in such a hillarious and absurd piece. You know, there are many, many, many legal experts in Nepal and abroad of Nepali citizenship and origin. Besides, there are many Nepali intellectuals and educated people who know about what kind of constitution is necessary for Nepal. You don't have to worry about our constitution. Also, what you have done is anything but a constitution. I can't say that a learned man like you haven't read any country's constitution, but your description simply appears to be a petition to recognize Hindi as an official language in a new Nepali constitution. Sorry bro, Hindi needs no more privilege, it has already encroached our culture more than enough. Now, as you love Nepal so much, could you write something about the urgency of change in Indian attitude on Nepal pls. We are fed up with your country's inconsistent, double standard policy. Lets know how sincerely an Indian national loves our country. Regards, newuser.
