I don't think the common people of nepal are politically aware or interested. In a country where over 70% of the population is technically illiterate and impoverished, the most important thing for these people is peace and stability. These people don't want the country to be engulfed in a neverending civil war for the benefit of few politicians who would be in power for a little period of time, during which they would plunder the country even more.
