Neither Maoist nor any political parties can change Nepal. To change Nepal, Constitution, Law and Order must be strong. CIA (Corruption Investigation Authority) must be clean 100% and must have arrest and shooting power. Corruption and crime must be investigated in special entity or special court. Not in public court. Punishment must be death. No escape. When criminal get punishment and Contributor get honor. Nepal and all Nepalese will move toward bright future. Everything come up with positively one and another.
