Mahasakti: Just a note that Visa section is in Hote Yak & yeti. It is no longer at the US Embassy in Maharajganj. Yes you can send somebody to get the ticket in advance. Make sure to ask for a ticket date when you will be in KTM. I find it much more efficient at the visa section now. Try to ge there early. I would say 8 or 9 am appointment is the best. Make sure you have a list of what your responsibilities are........
